端子雷射CCD綜合機台 (LEM系列) Laser Engraving Machine

雷射阻錫設備，會在鍍金端子上將一個指定區域的鍍金層去除，主要解決鍍金端子於上錫的過程中，出現爬錫過高跑到鍍金層導致產品不良問題，即時CCD檢測可檢出殘金、露銅等等問題，確保品質一致與穩定。
The Laser engraved a blocking area on the gold-plated pins or terminals and remove the plated gold layer to prevent the solder tin entering the gold-plated area during the tin plating process to cause the defective products. The online CCD inspection could find out the defective of residul gold or expose copper immediately. The maximum speed of online inspection is 12 meters per minute. Suitable for all kinds of the stamping terminals.
